Missouri Baptist Medical Center has named Michael R. Holmes, executive vice president and chief administrative officer for Express Scripts, to its board of trustees.
At Express Scripts, he is responsible for human resources, the office of chief medical officer, including research and clinical services, the corporate services group, procurement, corporate real estate, security, corporate communications and public affairs, and Pharma Services businesses, Healthbridge and Rx Outreach.
A member of BJC HealthCare, Missouri Baptist Medical Center is a 489-bed acute-care hospital in West County. It provided care for nearly 22,000 inpatients and nearly 33,000 emergency patients in 2007.
John W. Bachmann, senior partner for Edward Jones, also was named to the hospital’s 24-member board of trustees.
