The County Older Resident Programs (CORP) needs volunteers for their 2011 senior citizen income tax program. CORP, a division of the Saint Louis County Department of Human Services seeks volunteers, particularly in North County, to assist with a variety of positions, including:
- Electronic filing tax assistance at various locations
- Quality Reviewers for Federal Returns at various locations
- Appointment schedulers at the North County Government Center in Hazelwood and South County Government Center in Mehlville
- Mo PTC (“Circuit Breaker”) tax preparers- at various locations
Training, held in December 2010 and January 2011, is provided for all positions.
