Beginning February 1st, St. Louis County residents were able to file their individual personal property declarations online at www.stlouisco.com. If residents file online, they do not need to return the form they receive in the mail. According to Missouri law, residents must file an annual personal property declaration reporting all personal property, owned or controlled on January 1. Online filing is available until April 30 for individual declarations; business declarations must still be returned by mail. County residents should call 314-615-5500 with any questions.
