The International Institute of St. Louis has an agreement to purchase the former St. Elizabeth’s Academy Campus at 3401 Arsenal and intends to relocate there from its current headquarters near Grand and Gravois. The new site will feature expanded offices and adult services, including more ESL classes. A recent Fox News 2 had a report suggested the academy was being reopened as a charter school, the Service Ethics Academics Academy. While a group with that name is applying to start a charter, it will not be housed at the former St. Elizabeth’s site on Arsenal.Â
