The “Know Your Money” economic empowerment program begins its two-day workshop on Sept. 9 with the goal of teaching young professionals, ages 21 to 40, personal money-management strategies. Through interactive workshops and practical homework assignments, participants learn to understand their attitudes about money, develop realistic household budgets and manage everyday financial tools.
The workshop will be held at Washington University in Lopata Hall from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 9 and Sept. 23. Registration is $20 per person, $30 for two people.
