McCormack Baron Salazar was ranked second in the nation on the list of Top 50 Affordable Housing Developers of 2015 published by Affordable Housing Finance. The company, based in St. Louis, trailed only Pedcor Companies of Carmel, Indiana, and was the only developer in Missouri to crack to the top 50. “Last year, the firm secured a major contract to redevelop three public housing sites into mixed-income communities in Puerto Rico,” the magazine noted of McCormack Baron Salazar. To date, the company has developed 19,417 homes and 1.4 million square feet of commercial space, with a total development investment of $3.39 billion.
