The St. Louis Mental Health Board (MHB) is offering $500 mini-grants to organizations with an annual budget of less than $100,000 that have established youth programs. The purpose is to promote positive youth development and to encourage young people to get involved in the community. The grants are funded by the Community Children’s Services Fund, which promotes positive child and youth development in the City of St. Louis through coordinated services and programs.

Mini Grant application packages are available at the St. Louis Mental Health Board office located at 4144 Lindell Blvd., Suite 300 or online at www.stlmb.com. The deadline for mini grant proposals is January 15.

The implementation of the community service projects must occur between March-July 2009.
