Angela Carr, Nine PBS vice president and chief impact officer, is a member of the Filbert Five women’s team that was honored during the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony at Chase Park Plaza.
Carr was a record-breaking basketball player at Parkview High School and Webster University.
At Nine PBS, she oversees the fundraising activities and execution for on-the-ground community engagement initiatives, including early education, American Graduate: Getting to Work, and special projects in health, arts, economy, and education. She is also responsible for strategy and execution of grant and foundation accounts, cultivating funder relationships, and managing long-term fundraising plans.
