Annette Llewellyn was appointed Circuit Court Judge for the 22nd Judicial Circuit, which covers the City of St. Louis, by Governor Eric Greitens. The position became vacant due to the retirement of Judge Timothy Wilson, whose last ruling was to exonerate Jason Stockley of murder charges for killing Anthony Lamar Smith. She leaves a position as assistant circuit attorney in St. Louis.Â
