Fredrecka McGlown and Michele Williams have joined Area Resources for Community and Human Services (ARCHS) as vice presidents of grant initiatives.
They will lead ARCHS’ grant initiatives teams, which facilitate funding and strategic support from more than 50 funded partner agencies.
McGlown has experience overseeing federal, state and local grant-funded programs, including serving as SLATE executive director.
Williams, president and CEO of Innovative Global Workforce Consulting LLC, has over 20 years of experience leading federally funded programs, managing multimillion-dollar budgets and driving strategic initiatives.
