Art McCoy named new Chief Academic Officer at MIND Research Institute

Art McCoy is the new Chief Academic Officer and Superintendent-in Residence of MIND Research Institute, an organization serving over 630,000 students, 25,000 teachers, and over 2,000 schools in 35 states and Africa and Australia. Most recently he was Lead Consultant for redesigning UMSL’s College of Education school leadership preparation and development programs. Before that he was Superintendent of the Ferguson-Florissant School District.
