Harris-Stowe State University has hired Barbara Noble as director of the AT&T Library and Technology Resource Center. She earned her B.A. from Talladega College in Alabama and a Master of Science in Library Science/Instructional Technology from Syracuse University. She currently belongs to the American Library Association. Her experience includes positions in Saudi Arabia, New York, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina and in Missouri, where she was Parkway School District director of libraries.
