Beyond Housing has promoted Carrie Collins to chief transformation officer, head of the organization’s Transformative Services department.
Collins joined Beyond Housing in 2018 and served as senior director of education, As a key member of Beyond Housing’s executive team she worked with the Normandy Schools Collaborative, community residents and stakeholders.
She began her career as a special education teacher at Sumner High School and has served as an instructional coach, assistant principal, and building principal respectively in the SLPS and Riverview Gardens school districts. Collins holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master of Education in Education.
