Brenda Battle, RN, MBA, was recently re-elected as a member of the Missouri Foundation for Health’s Board of Directors and elected board secretary. Battle is director of the Center for Diversity and Cultural Competence at Barnes-Jewish Hospital. The 15-member board manages nearly $1 billion in assets, and distributes $40 million to $50 million in grants and contracts each year.
