Captain Rochelle Denise Jones has been accepted into the NOBLE (National
Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives) Potential Chief Executive Officers Mentoring Program, a two-year year program. Jones is the patrol executive officer for the Saint Louis Metropolitan Police Department. This assignment includes Command of the Special Operations Divisions (Narcotic, Gang and Juvenile) for the North, Central and South Patrol Divisions.
