Carlton Brooks has been appointed chief financial officer of the Maplewood Richmond Heights School District. Since 2010, he has been the controller at the Riverview Gardens School District. He has also served as the chief financial officer at the Ladue School District, the comptroller at the Normandy School District, and the director of international accounting at Webster University.
