UB Greensfelder has announced that Carmen White has been promoted to chief diversity officer.
She leads the firm’s DEIB initiatives to recruit and advance a diverse workforce, create a supportive and inclusive environment, and support local community diversity efforts.
Combining her experiences in the legal industry and in developing and implementing equity and human rights policy initiatives, she will work to achieve meaningful and impactful change within the firm, the legal industry, and the community.
