Chad Shepherd, vice president of Information Technology at St. Louis College of Pharmacy, has been named chairman elect of the Missouri Education and Research Consortium (MERC), which is composed of higher education institutions throughout the state of Missouri. Shepherd had served as director at large for the group prior to the election and will become its chairman next year.
