Clem Smith was elected as an At-Large Democratic National Committee Delegate at the 2012 Missouri State Democratic Convention. Smith, a Democrat serves as State Representative in Missouri’s 71st House District. Smith currently serves as Deputy Minority Whip, and Treasurer of the Missouri Legislative Black Caucus. He also works for the Boeing Company and is a member of the International Association of Machinist District 837.
