Cynthia Hess was approved by trustees as new Forest Park campus president for St. Louis Community College. Zelema Harris, STLCC chancellor, cited her “extensive experience as both an administrator and teacher at the community college level, and her passion for teaching and learning.” Hess, who starts June 1, was executive vice president and chief academic officer at Craven Community College.
