Daniel Lester joined Concrete Strategies, a design-build and general contracting firm, as director of Contractor Relations and Personnel Recruitment. He joins the subsidiary of Clayco from De Smet Jesuit High School, where he served as the director of Diversity and varsity football coach. Lester will also focus on minority, woman, small and disadvantaged businesses and help with all company recruitment efforts.
