Darren E. Wethers, M.D. has been named president of the medical staff at SSM St. Mary’s Health Center. As president, Dr. Wethers has assumed responsibility for facilitating communication between hospital administrators and the more than 800 physicians on staff at St. Mary’s. He also enforces regulations and policies that apply to the medical staff and serves as chairman of Health Center’s executive committee, in addition to practicing internal medicine with Midwest Medical PC in Medical Building C at St. Mary’s.
