Darryl Munden was promoted to president of Rx Outreach, the nation’s largest non-profit, mail-order pharmacy. He was part of the founding leadership team and has served as the chief operating officer since 2010. Michael Holmes, who has led the organization since its spin-off from Express Scripts, will transition to the role of chairman of the board.
