Delores Gunn, St. Louis County Health Department director, and St. Louis Alderman Gregory Carter were recently honored as Arnold and Mildred Bringewatt Award recipients during the Bringewatt Social Justice Awards Dinner, hosted by Lutheran Family and Children’s Services of Missouri.
