Fay Fleming is the new director of Customer Relations for the Missouri Department of Transportation. She has more than 15 years of senior-level business experience in marketing, communications, strategic planning, research, training, writing, sales and public speaking. She most recently was employed as the director of communications for the First Christian Church in Arlington, Texas, and as the director of the Business Performance Company in Dallas, Texas.
