Howard Hayes was appointed to the Advisory Board of Directors for the Missouri Small Business and Technology Development Centers. He is director of minority business development for the St. Louis Development Corporation. The SBTDC is a statewide program designed to contribute to the growth of Missouri’s economy by making small businesses more competitive through education, technical assistance and coaching.
