Jacqueline Buck-Horton joined Sterling Bank as the new vice president community development specialist. She is excited about this new role and plans to direct her efforts on small businesses, microenterprises, nonprofit organizations, commercial real estate, and affordable housing. Sterling Bank has 11 locations, including two in St. Louis.
