Jason Beard received the Human Dignity Award from the Monsanto Family YMCA. He oversees Therapeutic Mentoring, an early-intervention program of Presbyterian Children’s Homes and Services. He trains and supervises therapeutic mentors to work with at-risk youth, ages 5 to 19, in their schools and in the community. The award recognizes local leaders who make a meaningful and lasting impact on the community.
