Jeffrey A. St. Omer joined the St. Louis-based law firm Mickes O’Toole. He focuses on education law and commercial litigation. He has advised more than 100 Missouri K-12 public school districts and higher education institutions. This experience includes negotiating labor agreements with the largest teachers union in Missouri and responding to teacher and student civil rights matters.
