John Moten joined BYW Investment Advisors, Inc., a minority-owned firm, as president and chief investment officer. Most recently he was vice president of investor relations for Mallinckrodt. Based in St. Louis, BYW, an acronym for Building Your Wealth, manages global and international equity portfolios for institutions and high-net-worth families.
