John Parker joined the Office of the Comptroller for the City of St. Louis as public information officer. Most recently he ran a public relations/crisis communications firm in St. Louis, Evolution Communications Group. He is a native of North County, a former college and professional football coach of 25 years and author of three books, including “From Sheets To Suits; Embedded Racism In American Society.”
