Karen O. Drake joined the board of directors of the Scholarship Foundation of St. Louis. She is an executive coach and organizational effectiveness consultant with global experience and expertise in leadership development, team alignment and change management. Previously she was director of human resources and organizational development for Saint Louis University, SLUCare and has served as board chair for many organizations.
