Kevin Windham

Kevin Windham has joined Washington University in St. Louis as the assistant director of community engagement for Chancellor Andrew D. Martin’s “In St. Louis, For St. Louis” Initiative. Windham previously served as state representative of Missouri’s 74th House District.

The mission of the “In St. Louis, For St. Louis” Initiative is to facilitate partnerships and connect the university to the community — deepening the university’s impact in health equity, economic opportunity, and educational access.

  1. If we don’t see real change in north St. Louis (the north side of Delmar) this will be all show and no meat. North St. Louis is devastated. The black mayor should be ashamed of herself. No real investment in the neighborhoods. No decent restaurants or shopping. The north side of Natural Bridge looks like a w ar zone. When any young resident gts a foot up, they move (to get away from the crime/g unsh ots). So Kevin it’s a great title, sounds important. But will any real change happen on your watch? If not, I repeat it’s all for show and no meat. Nothing more than a study.
