The Mound City Bar Association has named Lewis B. Moye Jr., as its 2007 Distinguished Community Service Award winner Moye is a founding member of the St. Louis area Coalition of Black Trade Unionists (CBTU) and has served as its president for 23 years.
Mound City’s Prestigious Legal Service Award recipient is Melton M. Lewis, retired member of Legal Service of Eastern Missouri and a practicing attorney since 1949 until his recent retirement.
