Lionel J. Phillips has been elected to the board of the Today and Tomorrow Educational Foundation. The foundation provides needs-based tuition assistance scholarships to economically disadvantaged children throughout the Archdiocese of St. Louis. Phillips has been with IBM Corporation for 35 years and currently serves in the role of Executive Systems Architect Manager.
