Mattie Davis was named an Ageless Remarkable St. Louisan by St. Andrew’s Resources for Seniors System. Davis, 80, has devoted her life to encouraging others to accept the word of God and live their lives according to his teachings. She continues to lead by example by visiting the sick in a local nursing home each week, organizing a food pantry and mailing spiritual messages to individuals who are unable to attend Sunday church services.Â
