Melba Moore is acting health director for the City of St. Louis following the retirement of Pam Walker on April 3. A certified public health administrator, Moore has served as the city’s health commissioner for 14 years and is a member of the Racial Ethnic Health Disparities Action Institute and the Satcher Health Leadership Institute.
