Michael Butler joined a delegation of seven elected officials from the United States to the People’s Republic of China. Butler (D-St. Louis) represents District 79 in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was selected by Fontheim International to travel to Beijing, Chongqing and Shanghai to build on knowledge and relationships between the two countries.
