Michael T. Railey, M.D., is the new associate dean for multicultural affairs for the Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He also is associate professor of family and community medicine. Railey, most recently director of research and medical services for St. Louis County Department of Health, had been affiliated with SLU’s department of family and community medicine for 14 years.
