Michael Whitley is the new director of Development for College Bound-St. Louis. He provides leadership, strategic direction and management of all fund-raising efforts, coordinating programs to increase the organization’s support base among individuals, corporations, charitable foundations and government entities. College Bound provides promising students from under-resourced backgrounds with academic enrichment, social supports and life skills.
