Native St. Louisan Nicole Colbert-Botchway, a unit coordinator in the Financial Services Division in Attorney General Jay Nixon’s office, has been named an “Up and Coming Lawyer” by the publication Missouri Lawyers Weekly. She was featured in the publication’s July 28 edition.
