Pearletta Malone-Evans was named the 2017 Catch Us Giving Ambassador of the Year at St. Louis Lambert International Airport. A customer service representative and employee of Ollie Dowell Communications, she was nominated by a mother hundreds of miles away from her son, who was stranded at the airport. The program recognizes employees who give great customer service.
