R. Jada Irwin has joined the communications department of the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation in Washington, D.C. A native St. Louisan, Irwin has more than 10 years of experience in public relations and communications. She was most recently employed as a Senior Communications Associate with Safe Shores and the D.C. Children’s Advocacy Center. She studied mass communications and Spanish at the University of Missouri-St. Louis.Â
