International law firm BCLP has announced that R. Nelson Williams has joined the firm as a partner in the St. Louis office. Nelson joins the Employment & Labor Practice.
Nelson is a highly regarded and experienced employment and labor lawyer who represents employers in a broad range of employment law and litigation matters, according to the firm.
He represents employers in workplace law and litigation matters. He also represents clients in class certification actions and notched major wins including cases involving substantial wage-hour claims.
