The YWCA of St. Louis has announced the appointment of two new administrators and a staff scholarship winner. Raymond Brickhouse has been named the YWCA Head Start QA/Compliance officer; Michelle Turner-Watson has been named the YWCA’s health services administrator; and Kim Cummings, a Head Start teacher was recently awarded a Tom Joyner Scholarship in the amount of $2,500 and is attending Harris-Stowe State University.
