Richelle Simmons Clark has been appointed co-director of the Center for Community Health & Partnerships at the Institute for Public Health at Washington University. For more than 10 years she has overseen health services for St. Louis Public Schools. Previously she served as assistant director of health and hospitals for the City of St. Louis Department of Health.
