Rochelle Smith has been promoted to Vice President of Operations/COO for Provident, Inc., a counseling and social service agency in the St. Louis area. Previously she held the position of Senior Director, Clinical Services. She will be responsible for overseeing all clinical and community programs, along with the management of staff and internal operations. She is working toward her Ph.D. in Organization and Management from Capella University.
