Royce Sutton has accepted a position as vice president for community development at Fifth Third Bank in St. Louis, transferring from Evansville, Ind. where he worked in a similar capacity. In Evansville he led the development of an program that has provided more than $5 million in daycare, transportation and other assistance to more than 3,000 families, a dental clinic and a discount prescription drug program.
