Rudy Angulo has joined Legal Services of Eastern Missouri as an office manager and legal assistant in the Family Court Program. The Family Court Program provides families in crisis with free legal representation and social services. He has a BA in psychology from the University of Missouri – St. Louis and earned his certification as a paralegal professional from St. Louis Community College.
