Russ Mitchell, St. Louis native and CBS News Weekend anchor, will be honored with the 2006 National Achievement Award on Dec. 13 by the Press Club of Metropolitan St. Louis. Charles Klotzer and the St. Louis Journalism Review will also be honored as Media Persons of the Year.
